Partners in Care, Inc., offers specialized personal care services
as a complement to the skilled care and clinical services offered
by VNS. Partners’ services are available with or separate
from VNS services. These services are ideal for those who
need assistance with activities of daily living or would like additional
help in their home. We offer the kind of help clients need to remain
comfortable and secure in their own homes.
Our highly reliable home health aides, homemakers, companions, sleep-in
home health aides, live-in home health aides and transportation
aides provide differing levels of supervision, companionship and
care, two to 24 hours a day.

Home Health Aides
Under the direct supervision of a registered nurse, our state-certified
aides can help clients with the following activities of daily living:
- Personal care
- Mobility
- Bathing
- Meal planning, preparation and grocery shopping
- Laundry
- Safety concerns
Homemakers
Homemakers provide the following services:
- Home management, personal laundry, bed making and light housekeeping
- Pet care
- Plant care
- Meal preparation
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Companionship
- Accompany client to appointments and activities
Respite Services
Home health aides can provide 24-hour service to enable family
members or caregivers to take time off for work, leisure activities,
vacations, personal appointments or errands.
Live-In Home Health Aides
Home health aides who reside with clients to ensure maximum
security provide clients with the following:
- Round-the-clock supervision
- Companionship
- Home management chores
Sleep-In Home Health Aides
Home health aides can provide 12-hour care or companionship
in client homes overnight
to ensure safety and create peace of mind for family members.
Assistance for Working Families
Homemakers can help with cleaning, shopping, running errands,
preparing meals and more. Services are ideal to assist working professionals.
Companions
Companions can provide the personal attention clients need to
feel mentally alert, secure and comfortable. Companions can also
help to alleviate the loneliness and depression that often occurs
when people are housebound or unable to manage on their own. They
can provide the following:
- Conversation
- Reading
- Playing cards or games
- Attending events with the client
Transportation Services
Transportation aides drive clients to and from appointments
in their own cars or agency vehicle.
