Hospice Memorial Service Set
TORRINGTON—Services honoring the memories of local VNS of Connecticut Hospice at Home™ patients who died
over the past year are scheduled for May 18 at 7 p.m. at the Center Congregational Church at 155 Main Street.
This inspirational service is open to friends and family members interested in honoring those who have died and who may
have an interest in sharing a poem, quote or other comments on behalf of their lost loved one. The program includes a
reading of the Hospice at Home™ Memorial Roll. Anyone with concerns about having the name of their loved one
read during the service, or who may want more information about the program, should contact hospice program assistant
Dale Janoski at 203.330.5435.

over the past year are scheduled for May in the communities of Trumbull and Oxford. These inspirational services are
open to friends and family members interested in honoring those who have died and who may have an interest in sharing
a poem, quote or other comments on behalf of their lost loved one. The program includes a reading of the Hospice at
Home™ Memorial Roll and represents the true spirit of our hospice service. Anyone with concerns about having the
name of their loved one read during the service, or who may want more information about the program, should contact
hospice program assistant Dale Janoski at 203.330.5435. The memorial services are set for May 3 at 7 p.m. at the
United Church of Christ Congregational, 3 Academy Road, Oxford and May 11 at 7 p.m.at the Trumbull Congregational Church,
3115 Reservoir Avenue in Trumbull.
