Parent/Child Bereavement Sessions Scheduled

TORRINGTON—Visiting Nurse Services of Connecticut’s Hospice at Home™ Program continues its mission of counseling for the community with the presentation of a parent/child grief bereavement group beginning Tuesday, April 5, at the VNS offices, 65 Commercial Boulevard, in Torrington. The program, which will be held seven consecutive Tuesdays from April 5th through May 17th from 4:00-5:30 p.m., is designed to help parents and their children deal with the loss of a loved one in a healthy and effective manner. The program will be facilitated by hospice therapist Ruthellen Griffin and hospice counselor, the Reverend Eileen Epperson, M.Div.
